Based in West Belfast  we are introduced to a group of women who’s husbands are either locked up or have been killed. They’re trying to get on with their lives, with kids to feed and laundry to do, despite all the bombs, burning buses and soldiers tramping on their flower beds. However it is the arrival of a mysterious young women that disrupts their girl’s night out. Will the devastating revelations which ensue shatter their dreams and threaten their friendships?
